About the event

We will have a happy hour and brief Annual Meeting between 5-5:30. A one hour ethics CLE will begin at 5:30. U.S. Magistrate Judges Charmaine Claxton and Annie Christoff will present on the role of federal Magistrate Judges, the unique role they play in the Western District of Tennessee, and will address important ethical considerations in pro se litigation.


The event and CLE is FREE for attorneys who are FBA members, the federal judiciary, and their chambers. 


The 2026 Memphis MidSouth FBA Slate is linked here and can be approved by proxy by registering as "not attending" or by those in-person at the CLE.
