Memphis Mid-South FBA 2023 Annual Meeting and Ethics CLE
Join us for our annual meeting and ethics CLE. The meeting begins at 4:00 p.m. The CLE will start at 4:15 p.m. If you are an FBA member and you cannot attend the meeting, please select a "Not Attending" ticket and provide your proxy to vote in the 2024 board slate.

About the event
We will start the annual meeting at 4:00 p.m. to vote in our 2024 board. The one hour ethics CLE featuring Jessica Van Dyke, Executive Director and Lead Counsel, Tennessee Innocence Project, will begin at 4:15 p.m. The CLE is FREE for FBA members.

Please select this ticket if you are an FBA Member and you cannot attend on Dec. 12th, but you have considered the recommendations of the Chapter Board with respect to the election of the 2024 slate of chapter officers and directors, and you accept the Board's recommendations and authorize the Board to be your proxy, to vote in your place and on you behalf as though you were voting at the Annual Membership Meeting set for December 12, 2023 at 4:00 p.m.
