About the event

This seminar will examine many common issues that arise when a bankruptcy case is filed by a party during pending litigation.  The speakers will address issues including the automatic stay and exceptions, removal of actions to bankruptcy court, abstention by the bankruptcy court, and jurisdiction.  There will also be a chance for questions and answers.  You can submit questions in advance to Carrie.A.Rohrscheib@usdoj.gov
